2hr positive playful session feels like the right time for a first-timer, although it flew by in a flash- Sabrina really knew her stuff and broke down the history, philosophy, and how things work, so I actually felt like I learned something.
Meditation was an excellent starter. I think I’m gonna incorporate it into my routine.
