In a world that rewards you for staying in your head, I create a space that brings you all the way back into your body, and in doing so, back to yourself.
People often tell me that what they find here is a level of honesty and ease they have never experienced anywhere else. A weight lifts. Something long-held finally exhales. That is what genuine presence makes possible, and it is what I show up to offer every single time.
There is no judgment in this space. No performance required. Only room to express yourself fully, be met with real care, and leave feeling more grounded, more vital, and more connected to what actually matters to you.
I work with men, women, couples, and consensual non-monogamous or poly dynamics, with particular attunement to high-achieving individuals who are ready to slow down, feel clearly, and live with greater presence and meaning.
Throughout our time together, I serve as both muse and mirror, holding space for your refinement with warmth, wisdom, and unwavering discretion.
My philosophy
The question I return to every day is this: how do I best serve love? Love, for me, is a devotional practice. It is the standard I hold myself to and the quality of presence I bring to every person I work with.
This is not therapy. It is not fantasy. It is a proven, embodied pathway toward reclaiming your energy, your clarity, and your fullest expression of what it means to truly be alive.
I am based in Austin, Texas and travel to Los Angeles and New York City. All inquiries are handled with complete confidentiality.
INTIMACY COACHING
Intimacy is not a skill you either have or you don’t. It is a capacity that deepens with attention, safety, and the right kind of guidance. My intimacy coaching work is designed for people who are ready to move beyond the patterns that have kept them performing, people pleasing, or simply going through the motions and into a more honest, embodied, and fulfilling way of relating to themselves and others.
This is not talk therapy. It is an active, relational, and deeply experiential process. Together we explore the beliefs, nervous system patterns, and relational blueprints that shape how you give and receive connection, desire, and presence. Whether you are working through a specific challenge, wanting to deepen an existing relationship, or simply feeling called toward a more alive and authentic version of yourself, this work meets you exactly where you are.
I work with individuals and couples both in person and virtually, which means this level of depth and care is accessible to you wherever you are in the world. Virtual sessions are held with the same quality of presence, attunement, and intentionality as my in person work. Distance does not diminish what is possible here.
What most people discover is that intimacy coaching touches every area of life. When you learn to be more present with yourself, more honest in your relating, and more connected to your own desire and embodiment, everything shifts. Your confidence deepens. Your relationships change. You begin to move through the world differently.
Deeper Connection
What I offer does not fit neatly into any single category. Over many years of dedicated study and personal transformation, I have woven together some of the most respected and advanced traditions in somatic healing, embodiment, and intimacy coaching into one cohesive and deeply refined practice.
My training spans disciplines that most practitioners never encounter within a single lifetime. The sacred bodywork lineages of Kahuna and Lomi Lomi. The precision and relational intelligence of Somatica intimacy coaching. The philosophical depth of Non-dual Classical Tantra. The masculine and feminine embodiment frameworks of John Wineland and David Deida. Every thread of this education lives in my presence, my touch, and the quality of attention I bring to every session.
I did not collect these certifications. I was changed by them.
What this means for you is that you will never receive a scripted approach or a single modality applied in isolation. You will receive the full integration of everything I have studied, filtered through genuine attunement to your nervous system, your relational history, and what your body is actually ready for in this moment.
This breadth of training is precisely why this work reaches places that conventional coaching, therapy, and bodywork rarely do. You will feel the difference from the moment we begin.

Every person who finds their way here arrives at a different point in their journey, and the way we work together is always shaped around where you are and what you are ready for. Whether you are just beginning to explore this kind of work or you are ready for a full immersive experience, there is a container designed for you. All of my work is held with complete discretion, genuine care, and an unwavering commitment to your experience.
What I offer ranges from intimate virtual sessions you can access from anywhere in the world, to deeply embodied in person work, to rare and extraordinary multi-day intensives and invitation only retreats for those who are ready to go all the way. Each offering is intentional, refined, and designed to meet you at the level of depth you are truly seeking.
1. Online Sessions The most discreet and effective way to begin. We build trust, shared language, and real momentum together in a virtual space that is safe, private, and surprisingly powerful. Many clients find that this is where some of their most profound breakthroughs happen. Online sessions are also a beautiful way to continue and integrate your work between in person visits.
2. In Person Sessions Available in Austin, Texas and Los Angeles, California on select days each month. For clients who are ready to go deeper into embodiment work that includes breath, touch, movement, and sound. These sessions are held with great care, clear boundaries, and an atmosphere of complete safety and presence.
3. Private Intensives Available in Austin, Texas, Los Angeles, California, and New York City, with travel available by request. A one to three day immersion designed for genuine turning points in intimacy, desire, and life force. This is for the person who is ready to move quickly and go deep, and wants a dedicated container to do it in.
4. Retreats Invitation only. Destination luxury immersions for aligned clients seeking an extraordinary level of transformation and elevation. These are rare, exquisitely designed experiences for those who are ready for something that cannot be found anywhere else.

Trust and respect begin well before we meet. I carefully screen all new clients to maintain the integrity, safety, and intentional nature of this work. If you feel called to work with Sensaura Sanctuary and me, you are invited to complete our New Client Application and participate in our screening process.
We are discerning with whom we work, and not all applications are accepted. This care allows me to offer my full presence and create the kind of container that supports deep, meaningful sessions. I have a significantly established practice and highly recommend pre-booking your session in advance rather than assuming last-minute availability.
