My greatest fulfillment comes from creating a nurturing space where you feel safe to unguard your heart and receive the love you’ve been longing for, allowing it to touch the tender places within you that need it most.
So often we get distracted in the busyness of day-to-day life that we forget the truth of who we are—our essence, our core, our connection to spirit. When we’re disconnected from our bodies, it’s hard to feel fully satisfied with life. In my sessions, I combine bodywork, embodiment tools, and guided meditation to support you in surrendering, releasing inner turmoil and reconnecting to your true self.
When you work with me, I invite you into a world of vulnerability, authenticity, and aliveness. Together, we’ll co-regulate and drop out of the mind and into the heart, and connect deeply.
It is my honor to guide you on a journey of healing and spiritual connection, and to witness you unveil your true self.

New Clients
If you are interested in becoming a new client of Sensaura Sanctuary, you must complete our new client application and complete our screening process. We are very discerning with our clientele and not all applications are accepted. You may apply to become a new client here:
Education & Certification
- 2020 Kundalini Yoga immersive yoga and plant medicine training integrating spiritual and physical healing techniques.
- 2020-2021 graduate of Rose Cole’s 12 month International Guided Energy Medicine Certification. Certified Guided Energy Medicine Practitioner specializing in energy alignment and spiritual counseling. Rose Cole is a pioneer in Universal Shamanism and supports people in developing their natural Shamanic abilities. I am certified to offer energy alignment and spiritual counseling sessions.
- 2022-2024 One on one training under Adriana Rizzolo founder of Body Temple Church, Power of Love School, and the creator of Body Temple Dance. She is a spiritual mentor, somatic healer, adult educator, and guide. Our training focused on trauma healing, somatic therapy, womb healing, yoni mapping, nervous system regulation, and creating a soul led business.
