At Sensaura Sanctuary, we reserve time with care and intention. Because sessions are prepared in advance—and because our practitioners hold limited availability—we ask clients to honor the time set aside for them.

• 24 hours’ notice is appreciated for any changes.

• To avoid fees, we require at least 3 hours’ notice before your scheduled start time.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

• Cancellations within 3 hours of your appointment time are considered a no-show.

• No-shows are charged 20% of the session rate. 

• Clients who no-show may be asked to provide a 50% deposit for future bookings.

Emergencies

We understand that unexpected situations arise. If there’s an emergency, let us know as soon as possible—requests will be considered case-by-case.

If 30 minutes have passed beyond your scheduled appointment time without communication, the session is considered a no-call, no-show, and we will assume you are no longer able to attend. Please know that sessions at Sensaura Sanctuary are prepared with care and intention well in advance. When an appointment is missed without notice, We are unable to offer that time to another client, which results in a direct loss of reserved income, time, and preparation.

Moving forward, should you wish to book again, a 50% deposit will be required at the time of scheduling to secure your session.

While not required, you are welcome to send 50% of today’s session rate as a gesture of integrity and appreciation for the time and preparation that was held for you.

Clear communication supports a calm, consistent, and well-held space for everyone involved. I value respectful relating and look forward to continuing our work together when care and consideration are mutual.

Due to the nature of this work and the preparation involved, all sessions are non-refundable.

Time is reserved exclusively for you, and significant care is taken to prepare both the space and the practitioner in advance. For this reason, once a session is scheduled, the time cannot be reclaimed or reallocated.

We encourage clients to inquire thoughtfully and ask any questions needed before booking so that expectations are clear and aligned.

If you arrive late, your session will still begin with care and presence, and we’ll do our best to help you settle into the experience without rushing.

Because sessions are scheduled with intention and preparation, they are generally designed to end at the originally scheduled time. This helps maintain a calm, consistent flow for the day and ensures each client receives the care they’ve planned for.

If additional time happens to be available and extending the session feels appropriate, we’re happy to offer that when possible. If not, the session will conclude as scheduled, and the full session rate still applies.

We always appreciate a quick message if you’re running late. Clear communication supports a relaxed, well-held container and helps the experience unfold as smoothly and pleasurably as possible.

Is screening normal for professional tantra massage?

Yes. Screening and verification are standard practices in professional tantra massage and private bodywork. They help ensure safety, clarity, and mutual respect before any session takes place.

Why do practitioners require verification before booking?

Practitioners often work out of private locations and are responsible for maintaining a safe environment for themselves and their clients. Verification helps confirm sincere intent and protects everyone involved.

Is my personal information kept private?

Ethical practitioners collect only what is necessary and handle information with discretion. In many professional practices, verification details are deleted after approval or after a completed session.

Do scammers or unsafe providers require screening?

Typically, no. Scammers and unethical providers tend to avoid clear policies and accountability. Screening is more often a sign that a practitioner is professional, experienced, and committed to safety.

What if I’m uncomfortable with screening?

It’s okay to ask questions. A professional practitioner should be able to explain their process calmly and transparently. However, screening is often non-negotiable, as it is part of maintaining a safe practice.

Do you work with first-time clients?

Do you see women, men, or couples?

Sensaura Sanctuary works with individuals and couples, including women and men, depending on practitioner availability and alignment.

All sessions are approached with the same level of professionalism, discretion, and care. Couples sessions are designed to support connection, presence, and shared awareness within a respectful and well-defined container.

Do you offer ongoing or return sessions?

Yes and we recommend it Many clients choose to return for ongoing sessions as part of their self-care or embodiment practice.

Over time, repeat sessions can support deeper relaxation, trust, and integration. Ongoing work is offered to clients who demonstrate alignment with our values of respect, clear communication, and mutual care.

Is my privacy respected?

Yes. Your privacy is deeply respected at Sensaura Sanctuary. We understand that choosing to engage in private, embodied work requires trust, and we take that responsibility seriously. Sessions take place in discreet, private settings, and we are intentional about creating an environment where clients feel safe, protected, and at ease from the moment they inquire through the completion of their session. Your personal information is handled with care and used solely for the purpose of communication, scheduling, and screening. Privacy is not an afterthought here — it is a foundational principle of how we operate.

Are sessions confidential?

Yes. All sessions are treated as strictly confidential. What takes place during your time at Sensaura Sanctuary remains private. We do not discuss client identities, session details, or personal experiences outside of what is necessary for professional care or safety. Confidentiality allows clients to relax, be present, and fully receive the work without concern about judgment, exposure, or misuse of personal information. This commitment supports a calm, well-held container where trust can naturally deepen.

Do you share client information or experiences?

No. Client information and personal experiences are never shared. We do not disclose names, identifying details, or session experiences to third parties. Any testimonials shared publicly are done only with explicit client consent and are carefully anonymized unless otherwise requested. Your presence, story, and experience are honored as your own. Respecting this boundary is part of our ethical commitment to professionalism, discretion, and integrity.

Is discretion important to your practice?

Yes — discretion is essential to our practice. Sensaura Sanctuary is intentionally designed for clients who value privacy, maturity, and respectful engagement. From communication and scheduling to the way sessions are held, discretion is woven into every layer of the experience. This level of care allows both clients and practitioners to show up fully, without distraction or concern. When discretion is honored, the space remains calm, consistent, and well held — supporting deeper presence and a more meaningful experience.

Gratuity is not included in the session fee and is never required. Our practitioners are fully committed to offering a high-quality, attentive experience regardless of whether a tip is given.

That said, gratuity is a customary and appreciated gesture within private wellness and bodywork settings. When offered, it is received as a sincere expression of appreciation for the care, presence, and preparation brought into your session.

If you feel moved to offer a tip, it is welcomed and deeply appreciated. If not, you are still met with the same level of professionalism, respect, and dedication. What matters most to us is that each interaction is grounded in clarity, kindness, and mutual respect.

We ask that you bring cash donations. If you do not carry cash please make sure you reserve enough time to stop at an ATM or bank prior to your appointment. Not all of our healers have payment apps so please come prepared.

Tantra is rooted in full present awareness and we ask that you stay fully clear of any intoxicants for 24 hours prior to your sessions in order to receive the full benefits. Please do not bring any drugs or alcohol to our sessions. These are healing sessions designed to be relaxing and safe. If you arrive to session intoxicated you will be asked to leave, you will NOT be required to pay, and you will not be invited to return.

How long is a session?

Session lengths vary depending on the offering and practitioner, with options designed to allow the body and nervous system to fully settle.

Tantric work unfolds best when there is unrushed time for connection, presence, and sensation to deepen. Longer sessions allow pleasure to expand organically through breath, touch, and attunement, rather than being compressed into a fixed routine. Specific session lengths are discussed during the inquiry and booking process.

What should I expect when I arrive?

When you arrive, you’ll be welcomed into a calm, private, and intentionally prepared space. The beginning of each session includes time to settle, ground, and review consent, boundaries, and intentions.

This opening allows the nervous system to relax and creates the foundation for a pleasurable and attuned experience. Nothing is rushed. The session unfolds at a pace that supports safety, presence, and embodied awareness.

What should I wear (or not wear) to a session?

We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that allows you to relax and feel at ease upon arrival.

Depending on the session, clothing may be adjusted or removed in alignment with comfort, consent, and the structure of the offering. Guidance is always given clearly, and nothing happens without communication and agreement. Your comfort and sense of agency are central to the experience.

Where are sessions held?

Sessions are held in discreet, upscale private locations, not public storefronts.

These spaces are intentionally chosen to support privacy, relaxation, and a sense of safety. Exact details are shared after screening and confirmation, ensuring a calm and respectful experience for everyone involved.

How should I prepare for my session?

Preparing for a tantric session begins with slowing down.

We recommend arriving well-rested, well fed, hydrated, and free from intoxicants. Taking time beforehand to quiet the mind, breathe, and reflect on your intentions can greatly enhance the experience.

Tantric pleasure deepens when the body feels supported and present. Simple preparation helps create the conditions for sensation, relaxation, and connection to unfold naturally.

A tantra session will give you an opportunity to dive deep into your own body’s sensations. You will receive the utmost love and care from a highly trained healer. As a man, you might have been conditioned to believe that your role is to be the giver, that a woman’s body is yours for gratification, and the idea that there is more pleasure just from receiving is foreign to you. That’s where tantra comes in. How can you know what a partner is experiencing if you’ve never received from their perspective? You might only know how the other person is reacting to you, versus how they are really feeling. A tantra session gives you the opportunity to experience touch from a receiving perspective, bridging the gap between the masculine and the feminine.

A tantra session and a sensual massage can overlap in some ways, but they are not the same. While a sensual massage focuses on bodywork with sensual touch, a tantra session can include any of the following:

• Sacred Tantric Ritual: Beginning with a gentle, guided chakra opening ceremony to establish deep presence. This can include sitting in Yab-Yum (Lovers Pose) to foster energetic harmony and become radiantly alive.

Tantra sessions involve elements such as heart-to-heart embrace in Yabyum (lovers pose), body-to-body contact designed to deepen connection and awareness, and sensuous bodywork. Your session may also include such modalities as intention setting, breath work, eye gazing, guided meditation, affirmations, energy work/activations, intimacy coaching, teaching, guidance, and talk therapy/processing. At Sensaura we specialize in three hour Tantra Awakening Immersion sessions. These longer sessions are our blueprint for amazing success and are our primary recommendation as they provide the most pleasurable, informative, spiritually connected, and emotionally available experience. This will allow us plenty of time to ground, discuss your intentions, answer your questions, and connect without being rushed. The majority of our clients book three hours or longer with us and we wholeheartedly believe that this is where we are able to present our best offerings to take you on a transformational journey of your senses and soul for long term impact. We want to care for you in a way that will transcend previous experiences and plan for you to have time and space to integrate your session afterwards.

Tantra awakening immersion sessions include:

• Time to discuss your individual needs as well as Tantra education.
• Showers before and after body work for physical and energetic cleansing.

• Optional Heated Dual Percussion: If you have very tight muscles a portion of the session can include dual percussion therapy prior to the full body masage.

You are here for the moment, to relax and allow your healer to guide you into a state of peace. The Bliss massage uses long, flowing strokes, a gentle touch, and a carefully curated environment for a tranquil escape. This is a soothing experience for your body and mind. The serenity massage is a passive experience. You’re invited to briefly share intentions before the session begins regarding any physical and energetic needs. You will then lie down, focus on your breath, and allow your body to relax under the care of your healer.

Everything in our spaces is specifically set to assist you. The music, scents, lighting, affirmations, and atmosphere all work together to engage your senses and guide you to a state of calm and rejuvenation.

Our massages use oil and body contact and are very similar to Nuru sensations from the clients perspective. What we offer is wonderful and will keep you coming back for more. Many people have a misconception as to what Nuru is. Nuru is a Japanese massage technique that is done in a wet spa with an overhead shower, tiled walls and floors, and a drain in the center of the room. Instead of using oil, a very slippery massage gel that is made from seaweed is applied. There are no safety perimeters between the provider and client’s body. A hose is used afterwards to wash down the table, and the whole service is very messy. This is commonly offered in Asian massage parlors. Sensaura does not have a wet spa to offer this exact service.

What if I feel nervous, emotional, or vulnerable before or during a session?

That’s completely natural — and often a meaningful part of tantric work. Tantra invites us into deeper sensation and awareness, and with that can come nerves, tenderness, or emotion.

Nothing about these responses is rushed or “fixed.” They’re met with steadiness and care. When the body is allowed to soften at its own pace, pleasure often becomes more accessible — not despite vulnerability, but because of it.

Can this work help with stress, burnout, or emotional disconnection?

Yes. Many people come to Tantra because they feel overstimulated, depleted, or disconnected — from themselves, their bodies, or pleasure itself.

Tantric bodywork supports the nervous system in slowing down and re-sensitizing. As tension unwinds, clients often rediscover a sense of aliveness, warmth, and pleasure that feels restorative rather than draining. Over time, this can gently counter patterns of burnout and emotional numbness.

Is this trauma-informed bodywork?

Yes. This work is informed by an understanding of how the nervous system holds experience, including stress and trauma.

Sessions are paced intentionally, guided by consent, and responsive to what arises in the moment. In Tantra, pleasure is never forced — it emerges when the body feels safe enough to open. That safety is foundational, and it’s what allows sensation and enjoyment to deepen in an integrated way.

What if I don’t know how to receive touch?

You don’t need to know how.

Many people arrive having spent years in effort, performance, or control. Tantra meets you exactly where you are. Receiving is something the body remembers naturally once it’s given time, presence, and permission.

Not knowing how to receive often becomes part of the journey — and as the body relaxes, pleasure can arise in surprising and gentle ways.

What kind of aftercare or integration is recommended?

After a tantric session, the body and nervous system may continue to process and integrate the experience.

We recommend allowing yourself spaciousness afterward — gentle movement, hydration, rest, and time away from overstimulation. Pleasure can echo and evolve over hours or days, and integration supports that unfolding rather than rushing past it.

Listening to your body and honoring its rhythms is often the most effective aftercare.

How do I know if this work is right for me?

This work may be right for you if you feel drawn to Tantra as a path of embodied pleasure, presence, and awareness — not as something rushed, performative, or goal-driven.

What kind of clients do you not work with?

We do not work with individuals seeking explicit outcomes or boundary-testing experiences.

Tantric work requires presence, maturity, and respect for the container. We may decline to work with clients who are unwilling to engage in screening, communicate clearly, or honor professional boundaries. This ensures that pleasure can unfold cleanly and safely, without pressure or confusion, for everyone involved.

What values do you expect clients to bring into the space?

We ask clients to bring presence, respect, self-awareness, and integrity into the space.

In Tantra, pleasure deepens when there is trust and attunement. Honoring boundaries, communicating honestly, and arriving with care allows the experience to become more relaxed, pleasurable, and embodied. These shared values create the kind of container where sensation can expand naturally and meaningfully.

What does it mean to arrive with presence and respect?

Arriving with presence means allowing yourself to slow down, feel, and be fully in your body, rather than rushing toward an outcome. In tantric work, presence is what allows pleasure to deepen and spread beyond the surface.

Arriving with respect means honoring the practitioner, the space, and the agreed-upon boundaries of the session. When presence and respect are present, the space becomes calm, consistent, and well held — allowing pleasure, connection, and relaxation to arise with ease and integrity.

You are welcome to ask us whatever questions you’d like, but please make sure they are not objectifying or imply an illicit service as we do not offer those. We allow time in the beginning of every session to discuss specifics about you and any questions you might have. We are very discreet over the phone for everyone’s safety.

If you are able to let go of some pre-rehearsed destination experience, then you can truly invite a tantric practice of being present with what is, versus what you have in your head. So please relax, trust, and let go. You are in excellent hands with us and if these words speak to you, we welcome you.

If your focus is on climax, “release,” or mutual touch, then this work won’t be the right fit. What we offer during sessions is something deeply authentic and connected and not at all transactional. Tantra is a sacred practice. It asks for openness, maturity, and the willingness to be fully present in yourself and with your healer.
