At Sensaura Sanctuary, we strive to provide all our clients the highest quality of care and service. We carefully consider our clients while making our schedule, and in our adherence to kindness and reciprocity, we require our clients to respect our time and energy as well. To ensure this we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

24-Hour Notice Preferred

– We kindly request that any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments be made at least 24 hours in advance.

– While 24-hour notice is preferred, we require a minimum of 3 hours’ notice prior to your appointment time to avoid penalties.

Cancellation Fees

– Cancellations made within 3 hours of the appointment time will be considered a no-show.

No-Show Policy

– No-shows will be charged 20% of the session cost.

– Clients who no-show will be required to pay a 50% deposit for all future bookings.

How to Cancel or Reschedule

– To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us via text or email

– We will confirm your cancellation or rescheduling request within our business hours (10am-10pm)

Exceptions

– We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule within the 24-hour window due to an emergency, please inform us as soon as possible. We will evaluate these situations on a case-by-case basis.

Established Clients
If you are an established client of Sensaura Sanctuary, you may text the number for your location. We accept TEXT MESSAGES ONLY. Calls will not be answered nor returned.

New Clients
If you are interested in becoming a new client of Sensaura Sanctuary, you must complete our new client application and complete our screening process. We are very discerning with our clientele and not all applications are accepted. You may apply to become a new client here:
