I had the privilege of experiencing a four hour session with Crystal, which was truly an honor. For what it is worth, I am a psychologist and experienced in the journey of self, so I am very selective about seeking out guidance from others. Some synchronous events and overlapping backgrounds drew me to Crystal and I feel so grateful to have found her as a guide and support in this part of my journey and self exploration. During our time together I had a myriad of profound experiences that immediately propelled me forward by both cracking open some feelings, and giving me a lot of material to continue to integrate. The day after the session, I went for a morning walk and felt more sensitized to everything around me. Colors seemed brighter, my mood was elevated and I felt plugged into the world. Crystal is an exceptionally bright light and she places great care and deliberation to use that light for the person she is supporting. To find a guide with this amount of energy
AND perhaps most importantly, the ability to put aside ego and show up fully (physically, spiritually, psychologically) for someone is truly rare in these “healing/transformation” spaces. She has a complex combination of experience and training that allows for so much work to be done in her presence. She is top level and it is truly an honor to benefit from that. I had a lot of important take-aways from just one time together, but one of the most important was my gratitude for having found someone that could truly guide me towards growth. ~SM
