I had a wonderful 3-hour experience with Crystal. To start, screening and scheduling was straightforward and secure. When it came time to meet with Crystal, she provided instructions to her sanctuary, which were easy to follow. I was greeted by a warm hug and a quick but engaging lesson on tantra. Crystal and I also discussed intentions and boundaries before starting the session, which I appreciated. The experience itself was terrific. Not only did Crystal help relieve a lot of physical pain I was feeling through her bodywork and her sound bed, but we also got to discuss some emotional pain I was internalizing and ways I can work through it.
